Happy with the salesman and the guy that showed us how to use and set up the truck. Not at all happy with T.R., the finance guy. He never looked us in the eye while in his office. Waited one hour and 30 minutes , I decided to walk around a little I looked in the shop and could see my vehicle wasn’t in the shop I walked around about 20 minutes, and came back looked in the shop again . My vehicle wasn’t in there, so I went to the service desk and asked if they had started on my vehicle yet , the service person looked on their desk and paperwork was there and charges were complete and ready for me to pay the bill, but they hadn’t gave it to me , there’s no excuse for that, there’s no telling how much longer I would have had to wait if I hadn’t asked about my vehicle, very disappointed.

Made appointment for 7:30 to service vehicle (oil change and tire rotation) and checked the box on the appointment schedule that I would be waiting on my vehicle. Service advisor said it would take 30 to 45 minutes when I arrived. After 1.5 hours, I asked about my vehicle and they were just finishing up. I then asked the advisor why it took so long when I had a 7:30 appointment and she explained the appointment was only with her and my service was delayed due to other jobs in the shop. I complained to the service manager, who told me he had 2 techs who only worked on oil changes and I should not have had to wait. Also the service advisor never apologized nor tried to work through the situation, she only made one excuse after another and did not seem to know her job very well and did not seem to care. Every question from coupons to cost of parts/service was answered with I will have to call someone. I do not want to deal with this service advisor in the future. Also, this service center has performed all of my service on my Sierra and Yukon since I purchased (over 5 years) them and service although slow at times was never this poor before and the service advisors were always courteous and helpful until now. The service manager assured me this would not happened again. Will see what happens after I have time to calm down provided I continue to use them for service.

I was NOT there for service. I was there for a recall appointment regarding the chrome grill deflector. I received two notices one day apart plus a factory notice and made the appointment on 5/5/2025 for an appointment on 5/8/2025 at 11:30 a.m. I got to the appointment and service manager took my information and was told they would get to it as soon as possible. I waited for 30 minutes and then was told my truck was ready. The service manager then told me they did not have the parts. Then, I was told they were not sure when the parts would be in. I made an appointment for the recall work only, took off of work, and drove 62 miles one way, , and no work was done. Prior notification would have been appreciated. I took off work and made a wasted trip. There was no service performed!! This appointment was made as a result of recall notices sent to me. There was no regard for the mistake made by the service department/dealership. No regard whatsoever. Now, I’m looking for another dealership to have this work done. I did not feel that I was valued as a customer. This was poor customer service!!

I came into the service department early Monday morning like 8am on 8-18-2025 due to my vehicle have multiple "Service" lights popping up on my dashboard and the vehicle shutting down on me over the weekend. The guy at the service desk stated they were really backed-up but I could leave my vehicle and they would take a look at it that day and stated that this dealership doesn't have courier service to drop me off at work, he asked was there anyone I could call to pick me up. I said, ok, I'll try to get someone to pick me up. I was accustomed to courier service that I received at another local dealership that is why I asked him. About an hour after I left, the service desk guy called me and asked had I got a ride and I told him yes. Then he stated that the Tech felt that my battery was bad, I asked him why because the battery registered between 12.9 to 14.3 voltage on my vehicle data screen, but I went ahead and agreed to get the $510.00 battery. He then calls me back a few hours later and stated that it was my battery that was the issue. I told the service desk guy that I would pick up my vehicle after work before they closed. I picked up the vehicle and the VERY next morning the ENGINE LIGHT was back on and Another caution ⚠️ Alert that said Do Not drive over 60 miles per hour due to acceleration issues, which was one of the Same Alerts that was showing BEFORE I paid for that $510.00 dollar battery. Due to my work schedule, I was unable to return to the dealership that day, I had already missed hours the previous day. I will have to schedule another service day when I can take another day off work. Hopefully there is a Warranty on this brand new $510.00 battery. My vehicle was bought brand new at this dealership and I've only had it 2 Years, It was hard to believe that a brand new car battery goes bad at the 2 year mark and in the middle of a 100 degree daily summer, but I guess that's Life. Definitely not pleased.

It seems that the person answering the phone and making appointments does not see the on-line appointments for service in real time, therefore, they were overbooked. But, since I was waiting they still got my car serviced fairly quickly. They actually need more chairs in the waiting area. Overall, a good experience.

Poorly marked entrances and awkward office space make every experience I've ever had with the Service Department lack luster. I never know where to enter the building and when I do, I feel like I've just stepped into someone's private office space. Recommend a designated customer station/counter and waiting area....or to promote another entrance.

I brought my truck in because it was surging, at first I was told there was nothing that could be done because no codes popped up on the scanner. I told the service attendant that that was unacceptable and I spoke to the mechanic and asked him to test drive it and he noticed the problem. Sometimes you have to go beyond technology and get back to basics. We tried something with the truck and will see if it works. Ole school is still better than modern technology, if I would have accepted what the scan indicated I would still be with the problem.

Fowler Brandon, Mississippi savings to customer $6,700 +/-. 2018 GMC 3500 HD now running excellent for +30 days and going strong. The number one Service for a Service Dept is to HELP the customer. I had service work done that cost almost $600.00 . I had received a coupon in the mail on 12/23 that would have given me a $40.00 discount but did not bring it since it was expired when I got it . When I went to check out I told the lady about it,she talked to someone who said they would honor it. I told her I could get it in fifteen minutes since I live only a short distance away but she told me she couldn’t let me take the Yukon until the bill was paid . I considered that to be very disrespectful since I am very well know in Laurel . I told her thanks, I was planning on buying a new pickup,probably an AT4, but I would buy it somewhere else . I have bought several trucks from your dealership and my son has bought at least two .we have been very good cash customers. It’s not the $40, I don’t care about that, it’s the disrespect .

First person I spoke to after my car was towed in told me my car would be serviced “after the big jobs were done “. This gave me a bad impression of the service department immediately. I played phone tag for several days with service. On Monday morning I called and was placed on hold for 14 minutes. I called back and was told my car was ready. When I went to pick car up, I had to ask what they did and could I have a receipt for my records. When I asked where my car was he said just outside. I had to walk around looking for my car. I was not pleased with this experience.

I recently purchased a 2026 GMC Yukon Elevation, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and well organized. Stacey, my sales representative, handled the purchase professionally and made sure everything went smoothly on the sales and paperwork side. I would especially like to highlight Andy, who truly went above and beyond. She personally picked me up from the airport in Jackson, Mississippi, which already showed an exceptional level of customer service. On top of that, she took the time to explain everything about the GMC Yukon in detail—from features to technology—making sure I felt completely comfortable and confident with my new vehicle. Before my arrival, Andy also sent me a professionally made video of the vehicle, walking me through the Yukon in advance, which made the entire experience even more transparent and reassuring. Tyler was awesome to deal with. But finalizing the sales with the finance manager was terrible. He was not forthcoming with any information. Had to basically pry the information out of him on simple questions. Really sketchy in my opinion I think his name was Terry. I almost took my business elsewhere where. He needs to treat customers with a little more respect and explain things better. The worst experience I have ever had.
